Long Trail Brewing Company

Long Trail Ale first rolled off the line in 1989 back when Vermont was better known for maple syrup than beer. The Long Trail Brewing Company sought to create an affordable, American-made alternative to pricey German and English imports, and its success blazed a trail for Vermont’s craft brewing industry.

Since then, the brewery has been producing a wide array of year-round, seasonal, and limited brews. Year-round options include the classic Long Trail Ale, Double Bag, VT IPA, Long Trail Lager, and Cranberry Gose. Summer Ale, Harvest, and Hibernator are available seasonally. Limited items include the Triple Bag, Unearthed, Wildbeary Wheat, and Barrel-Aged Unearthed.

Guests are welcome to visit the brewery at 5520 US Route 4, Bridgewater Corners. Winter hours are from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
