House specialties include the Korean Hot Chicken Sandwich, Salmon Bahn Mi, Foundry BLT, Foundry Burger, and Sweet Potato Black Bean Burger.
Brunch specialties include Chicken and Waffles, Brunch Steak Sliders, Huevos Rancheros, Biscuits and Gravy Skillet, and Veggie Skillet. Top off your delicious Foundry meal with a mouth-watering dessert, such as Maple Cream Brulée Tartlet or Frozen Orange Creamsicle Mousse.

The Birch Ridge Inn provides an intimate restaurant setting with the best of fine dining. Guests may eat in the restaurant or at the bar in the Great Room Lounge. The cuisine is a fusion of American and Continental styles and features roasted, sautéed, and grilled selections with savory sauces.
The menu will vary each evening depending on the season, available ingredients, and guest preference. Menu items have included dishes such as crispy duck breast ala orange, honey-glazed salmon, and veal piccatta. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are also available.
Advanced reservations are recommended. The reservation may be made through Birch Ridge’s website, or you can call Birch Ridge directly at 800-435-8566. Those preferring to dine in the bar will have a bit more flexibility as it operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Birch Ridge Inn is located at 37 Butler Road, and the restaurant opens at 6 p.m. from Tuesday to Saturday.
Red Clover Inn
The Red Clover Inn offers a cozy setting and romantic ambience for your perfect dining experience. Local ingredients are combined to create authentic Vermont flavors. As a result, the restaurant’s menu is seasonal and subject to change on a day-to-day basis. Sample menu items include Lamb Duo, Birds of a Feather, Venison, and Vegetarian Ricotta Cavatelli.
Visit on Mondays for a $35 three-course chef’s tasting menu. On Thursdays, enjoy $5 beer, 50% off select bottles of wine, and an evening of jazz.
