While it is always encouraged to push yourself to the next level, really, it comes down to having fun!

Even kids can get in on the action. For the first time, Woodward is offering camps for children between the ages of 2-15. Campers are organized by age and ability into small groups where children receive maximum mentorship and opportunity for growth in a personalized environment.

Don’t have your own gear? The park rents out all the equipment you need to get out on the slopes. Seasonal, multi-day, and single-day lift tickets are available for purchase in advance. The sooner you purchase online, the more likely you are to receive a discount, so book sooner than later. If you opt to purchase tickets in person, a full day on the slopes during peak season costs $130 for adults.

Woodward WreckTangle

When the snow melts, there is still plenty to keep you active. The Woodward WreckTangle ninja obstacle course provides 10 unique and challenging obstacles. Progressive course options are available; participants may choose their ability level and work towards improvement. July marks the annual Fastest Ninja contest, where ninjas of all ages compete for a mountain trip-for-two prize. Participants compete to be crowned the winner of their age group, winner in Killington, and World’s Fastest Ninja.

There are also mountain biking trails, some of which are easy enough to take kids out for an adventure. In August, one-hour sessions with pro rider Jake Kinney are free to join and are a great way to push yourself while learning more about the sport.
